	Rates Boarding $27/day DayCare no longer offered Hours Open 7 days a week 7am to 9pm Drop off & Pick up times by appointment only Map & Directions Reservations: Reservations are required to assure your pet a space in our small group of dogs. During Holidays, we ask for a $30.00 non-refundable deposit to reserve a place for your pup. Please realize that the 11th dog is turned away; so it’s important that if your plans change at any time, you let us know as soon as possible so that we may accommodate another pet owner from our waiting list. Rates are charged by the day, similar to a hotel stay. Checkout by 1pm on pickup day, no charge for the day. Please allow extra time on your first visit for an introductory meeting and temperament evaluation; and to review and sign the Cloud Nine Canines Agreement form.
		All male dogs must be neutered if 8 months of age or older. Unspayed females are welcome but they CANNOT be in heat during their stay here.
			Dogs must be 6 months of age or older to stay with us. Any dog under one year of age is required to have a fecal exam within 10 days of boarding. All dogs must be clean and free of fleas and ticks.  We expect all dogs to be on some form of flea & tick control. We gladly provide customer references upon request. Multiple dogs and long term discounts are available.
Vet on call: If we have a medical emergency: We are fortunate to have two wonderful veterinarians two blocks from our home. Dr. Brad Miller and Dr. Michael Wanchick run the Russell Ridge Animal Hospital and together, with their very competent staff, you can be assured your dog will be in good hands should an emergency arise. Their phone number is 678-407-0700.   Russell Ridge Animal Hospital can also provide grooming services. After hours emergencies will be taken to the Animal Emergency Center of Gwinnett on Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road (770-277-3220), which is under a 10 minute drive from here. Vaccinations: We require veterinarian proof of Rabies vaccination. You may bring your current vaccination records with you or have your vet fax them to us at 770-338-0279. All dogs must have been free of any contagious diseases for 30 days prior to visiting Cloud Nine Canines. Food: Bring your pet's food (packaged in serving portions) to prevent digestive upset. Your dog will experience a certain amount of stress being away from you and their regular routine. We try to keep that stress to an absolute minimal with our love and care…….and keeping them on the same diet is very beneficial.
